That task includes sterilzation of items, securely sealing in those sterile items and accurately identifying them with your company’s system. Be it syringes, medicine, gloves, accessories, and other medical devices, the correct packaging is critical. RapidVisionPak’s knowledge of this industry is essential.

Coupled with the Allen Bradley control system, RapidVisionPak’s machines can easily and efficiently co-ordinate with loading equipment control systems used to present product for packaging. RapidVisionPak can print and verify bar codes on-line, and auto reject non-scanable bar codes.

These are some of the features of a RapidVisionPak machine:

Compressed Air
A reduction of compressed air results in the reduction of overall cost and complexity. A typical RapidVisionPak only requires about 3 cfm of compressed air at 40-50 psi. Other rollstock packagers need 20 times the compressed air to actuate motion. RapidPak can even deliver a compressed-air-free machine to reduce clean room venting.

Servo Motors
Mechanical motions produced by servo motors are constant and precise – cycle after cycle. In advance of the millionth cycle, constant volume and pressure continues to be maintained. Servo motors always execute their programmed functionality to micro precision. This predictability and accuracy allows certain functions to overlap, resulting in higher cycle rates and increased throughput.
