Separate pre-heat is hygienic, maximizing heating and forming times, and allowing faster cycle rates. Preheating from the bottom of the film, helps ensure the inside of the package is free from various bacterial contaminants. Custom contoured forming and confirmation station inserts ensure tight-fitting, wrinkle-free packages. Seal quality has a high integrity with a peelable release when the packaged content is needed. Parameters associated with producing good seals can be documented for every cycle with validated records.

Mechanical motions produced by servo motors are constant and precise, cycle after cycle. In advance of the millionth cycle, constant volume and pressure continues to be maintained.

Allen Bradley Controls further assures ease of operation and offers 24/7 service. Integration is efficient with loading equipment control systems used to present product for packaging.

Based on contents and product skews, several labeling approaches are possible, such as preprinted film or pressure-sensitive labels for brand identification and nutritional information. Precise label position can be guaranteed on every package. Cross web labelers are available in configurations to label the top of the uncut package, the bottom of the uncut label, and even to apply the label to the top film BEFORE the film goes into the sealing
