RapidVisionPak provides split sealing dies for high cycle rate/high through-put Consumer Goods, especially for applications with large dies, long indexes, and wide web widths. Each seal is for half the index, minimizing weight and cumbersome large die handling. The split/floating seal bar consistently meets truly parallel to the bottom die.
The Allen Bradley control system always integrates easily and efficiently with loading equipment control systems used to present product for packaging. RapidVisionPak can print and verify bar codes on-line, and auto reject non-scanable bar codes.
